Inspired the Next Generation of Innovators at ACCESS Lab

This past week, our team had the privilege of hosting a group of bright and curious 3rd–5th grade students, faculty, and staff from a local Robotics & Coding Camp. Upon their visit to our ACCESS Laboratory, they received a hands-on introduction to the world of STEM, innovation, and possibility.

We introduced students to the real-world challenges we’re solving with technology—and the highlight for many was a live, hands-on demonstration that brought their lessons to life inside our immersive lab.

One of the most memorable moments came during our drone flight simulations. As students took turns engaging with the technology, we watched curiosity transform into confidence as they asked our doctorial research students questions.  Visits like these serve as powerful reminders of why outreach matters.
